We are absolutely thrilled to share the incredibly exciting news of our partnership with the Illinois Theatre Association! This marks a remarkable milestone in the performing arts industry as we bring together Ludus' innovative capabilities with the esteemed reputation and expertise of the ITA. As a heartfelt commitment to supporting the arts community, Ludus has pledged to give back a portion of revenues generated by members referred by the Illinois Theatre Association!
Exclusive Benefits

Online ticketing, marketing, & fundraising tools that simply work
Ludus started as a side project for a director who needed an easier way of selling tickets online. After having a successful show using this new platform, other directors in the area came knocking on the door, wanting to use what eventually became Ludus. Ludus is now used by 2,000+ performing arts organizations throughout the U.S., including K-12, colleges, community theatres, and performing arts centers of all sizes, to manage their ticketing, marketing, fundraising, collections, classes, and streaming.
Ticketing
When your patrons purchase tickets online they shouldn't have to go through a ton of steps, create accounts they'll forget the password to, and test their technical know-how to pick a seat. We built Ludus for a modern world with a flexible buying experience allowing for fast ticket buying on desktop or mobile. You get your own ticketing website, upload a seating chart or do general admission, and provide the best experience for your patrons.
Fundraising
In Ludus, you'll find an entire suite of Fundraising tools allowing you to earn more from your supportive community of patrons. Via one-off or recurring donations, Fundraisers with goals, donor levels, and more, you'll be raising additional money in no time. Each donation comes with a confirmation email/receipt. You can customize this email with your 501(c)(3) information and a custom thank you included at the top of the receipt.
Marketing
Stay in touch with all of your patrons through our Marketing suite. Craft beautiful emails with our drag-and-drop email designer, filter your patrons into audiences based on dozens of parameters, and analyze how your marketing is doing. Automate your emails to go out whenever you want! We have a library of templates to help you get started with Marketing so you don't have to start from scratch. This includes announcements, newsletters with columns, and more.
Collections
Collect payments for member dues, registrations, trips, venue rentals, and practically anything. Ask for all types of information using our drag-and-drop form builder, attach files for payers to download, and generate a real-time report of all submissions. Access a real-time Submissions report to see all payments collected, payer's personal info (like name and email), and answers to your custom form questions. Accessible via your browser and also exportable to a spreadsheet.
